Augusta Health Neighborhood Clinic @ Embrace
Health Care and Community Support for All in SAW
Your ability to pay should never limit your access to health care.
Thanks to a key partnership with Augusta Health, our most vulnerable neighbors in Staunton-Augusta County-Waynesboro receive quality primary care and chronic disease management—without regard to income, insurance, citizenship, disability, education, or language. The only goal: making sure you get the care you need.
To support additional needs, Embrace offers:
-
A food pantry
-
A community clothing closet
-
Help from our Community Assistance Network (CAN)
CAN’s resource navigators guide individuals to essential services like housing support, financial aid, transportation, and more.
Every Tuesday, Project Grows is on-site from 4–5 PM with fresh produce and $5 Food Bucks for children. The Waynesboro Public Library also visits, bringing books and helping families sign up for library cards.
